NFU MUTUAL COCKERMOUTH

We were engaged by NFU Mutual to deliver their planned works at Cockermouth in Cumbria.

The works were to bring a fresher feel to their working environment by installing new toilet facilities and a new kitchen facility. As well as these works, the office received a complete redecoration, flooring and a new energy efficient lighting installation to provide a comfortable working environment as well as saving money and reducing their impact on the environment.

 

Storage space at this office was also minimal so we installed a bespoke, custom made storage solution to a previously unused small room, making the working space less cluttered and making more room available.

All works were carried out within a live operational office, to allow this to happen we phased the works to each floor assisting the occupants to decant and move half way through the project. Doing this allowed our works to continue as well as enabling the client to run their office with no down time or disruptions.

We had to adopt a flexible approach, by doing so we were more than happy to change our working patterns and times to allow our client to remain operational. 

 

Daily communication for noise and any large deliveries allowed for works to be planned accordingly, meaning a smooth programme was maintained whilst keeping our client and their customers happy.
